Mr. Desai is a highly accomplished and well-known person in the Industry and Academia Circles. Extensively travelled in India and Abroad, he has to his credit a rich experience of over three decades in Supply Chain, Logistics, Import, Export, Contract Management, Projects, Marketing, and Administration. Etc.
He is an active member of several reputed Institutions Like IIAM, IIMM, IIPE, LIONS CLUB various Social & Cultural Organizations. He is the founder and Trustee of the Lions Club of Pune Bhosari.

- I have been working directly or indirectly with companies associated with construction, contracting, hospitality and air-conditioning.
Work experience:
1997 – 2005 – Skel Constructions: – Worked as a site supervisor and inventory Manager.
2005 – 2009 – KT Constructions: – worked as a project manager and also looked after the sales, purchases of a site. Also worked in a local restaurant as a manager after office hours to get the feel of hospitality business.
2010 – 2017 – H.R Promoters and Builders Pvt Ltd: – Looked after all the aspects of all ongoing projects of the company contracting and others co-ordinated with companies like national institute of virology, Pune municipal Corporation, PMPML, Stanley Black and Decker. My job was to look after construction work, sales, Purchase, finance, billing, legal and all the other aspects of all the ongoing projects. Simultaneously I started a Resort.
My years of experience, hard work, business development strategies, mindful insights, competitive approach and leadership qualities are one of the reasons to where the firms stand today.
